About Me

Professionalism and Experience

Formally educated, a graduate of Psychology, I have worked as a Cognitive Behavioral therapist for many years while receiving various honors and certifications in therapeutic coaching for adults.  The solutions to modifying behavior are simple.  “The work” is the challenge.  “The challenge” is the call for action and “the action,” well that depends on you.  My techniques are bold and will reveal who you were (prior to all internal/external invasion), who you have become (due to invasions), and how to resist recidivism.  I work with children (and parents) to millennials to seniors.

MY COMMITMENT

I commit dedication, understanding, and support.

How our service stands out

Our name is Chazak. Chazak means strong and courageous. I believe all individuals were created with these characteristics. Our services teach children, millennials, and older individuals how to move from managing symptoms to resisting them and moving on with stronger communication; strong relationships, stronger decision-making ability, stronger positive self-image; freedom from the effects of trauma, stronger reasons to walk away from any type of addiction; self-forgiveness; a stronger life.  The solutions are simple, the work is challenging.  “Challenge” for us, only means a call for action.

What I like Most About My Work

What I like most about my work is the learner’s journey.  Identical concerns have different paths.  When a learner understands his/her path (the “why” the behavior occurs and the “how to” change it) a new rest of their lives begin.

What is My typical process for working with a new client?

Our first discussion is to learn and understand the subjective – an individual’s outlook that is expressed through behavior.  Second, begin the journey of discovery by way of root and cause.

What types of clients have I worked with?

I work with clients in need of general direction; individuals living with anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationships and communication issues, homelessness, grief, and bipolar disorder.

What questions should clients think through before talking to professionals about their needs?

Before talking to a professional, ask yourself, "Am I ready to change today or do I want to change someday?"
